Resulting in exceptional highlights for this project too Advanced melting system In the cold winter period, the snow melting system ensures the melting away of fallen snow in order to reduce the pressure of snow load and optimize light penetration. Double screening Two screens were installed in the greenhouse complex. An energy screen was installed, which contributes to energy savings, and a light emission screen that ensures that the environment is not affected by the lighting. Renew Many old greenhouses can still be found in Eastern Europe. For this project, the old greenhouses were demolished to then build new high-tech greenhouses. To prevent the customer from being unable to run production, we worked in phases. The first phase was carried out in 2015 and the project is still ongoing. Immediately, phase 4 has been planted and the next phase is being started. Own propagation of 1,5ha The young plant department is fully equipped with ebb and flood floors. The windows are fitted with insect netting to minimize insects flying in and out. Sustainable and energy-saving The greenhouse complex is connected to district heating and has its own bio-combustion plant which contributes to sustainability. In addition, all greenhouses are equipped with hybrid lighting systems which helps save energy. Complete irrigation solutions In this project, we work with four types of output water (spring water, rain water, tap water and river water), including all necessary treatments to have the right solution and quality for each system.
